For most people, regaining the pounds you fought so hard to lose is like a nightmare come true. It seems like no matter what you try, the minute you stop, the weight just piles back on. My name is Brad, and even though I'm a personal trainer, I have been exactly where you're at right now. I found that the reason these approaches don't provide lasting results is because they fail to address the most important factor in sustainable weight loss, metabolism. Your metabolism is the rate at which you burn energy and it is measured in calories. Whenever you go on a traditional diet your body literally thinks it's starving and responds by lowering your metabolism. The problem is, whenever you go off of your diet, your metabolism stays at this lowered rate. So, whenever you go back to normal eating, you gain it all back. In some cases you gain even more than when you first started, think yo-yo effect. My program is designed specifically to increase metabolism so you are burning calories at an extended rate for up to 48 hours after your workout.
